Tangles Hair & Laser clinic offers a 10 day return policy, beginning the day the products are recieved.  We offer a  money back policy if returned within 10 days.  The seller is responsible for the return shipping. There will be no restocking fee on the product. 

The Laser comb comes with a 1 year warranty if there is any problems the comb will be fixed or replaced.

We have 2 options for shipping Canada Post, and  UPS. Estimated delivery is about 2 weeks but  Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
